Timeout connecting to server

Running Vivaldi 4.0.2312.25, MacBook Pro (mid-2012) Catalina 10.15.7, can't use Vivaldi's new built-in email client, keep getting message in setup, "Could not connect to server. Received following message: Timeout connecting to server".

Any advice would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Same problem. Can't add vivaldi mail to browser. Same time it's worked fine in old Opera Mail Standalone on same PC in same network.
