is there an easy way to save/export cookies of a specific website?
dont want to install an extension for that..

Yes, cookies are in SQLite DB format, but the values are encrypted with DPAPI.

You can use ChromeCookiesView, standalone portable program:

i dont mind if they are encrypted, i dont want to edit them, just export/import only the cookies of one website for another session then as they are..
guess doesnt work without an extension?

would be easier if one could make a cookie read-only in vivaldi and then delete all the others not needed and then just copy over the "cookies" file in
