Enable Picture–in–picture on Twitch

For the longest time I thought that Vivaldi didn't have PIP because I mostly use it to watch Twitch streams, and just today I found out it has PIP for YT but not for Twitch.
I'm hoping we can see this implemented for twitch one day. It's strange that other browsers have that working but chromium doesn't. Isn't Google stuff supposed to ahead of the competition?

Still, I wonder why this isn't integrated by now, and how many users are even aware of the extension. Other browsers don't require 3rd party addons.
