Setting to change tab bar's background-image/texture?

It's a feature that vivaldi has had for years: (https://vivaldi.com/blog/10-ways-to-customize-vivaldi/) very first image demonstrates it.
i loved it so much i even spent hours making a custom texture that would get shaded with the webpage's accent color.
the last update reset it to blank. im having trouble finding the setting again. i forgot the name of the setting, so it's kinda hard to search for.

This feature has been temporarily disabled due to this UI specification change.
It will be implemented again in a future update, so I hope you can wait a little longer.
