Hi. I would like to know if Vivaldi will have this extension included on next updates or is this issue one of propriety in nature as its associated to Chrome? I did search to see if anyone else commented about this and last results was predated back to 2018. Or if there is a similar extension in Vivaldi already I'm not aware of. Thanks Vivaldi and to this community's invaluable knowledge. Cheers.

@Whistler20ten I think it is more useful to use a system wide tool for this so that you can pick colours from anywhere on the screen, not just in the Vivaldi interface like a Native Colour Picker Tool. (From this thread it seems that there is already one built-in to Developer Tools).
The free version of FastStone Capture will do this (an much more) if you use windows. No doubt there are similar tools available for Linux or MacOS.
