Vivaldi running background process after closing application

Updated to most recent version. It's still doing it. This happens every time I close Vivaldi. I experimentally turned off Windows Defender's real-time protection, but the process is still running when I close the application.
Any thoughts on some kind of report I might be able to generate? I want to help nail this.
