Camera "blocked" in video visit for Kaiser Permanente, but test works

Hi,

When I go to https://videovisit-test.kaiserpermanente.org/ for a test, I can do the three multimedia tests (cameras, mic, speaker) and can select which camera I want. When I go to the "Start a Live video visit test" no video is sent or received (appears to use an ICE server). Camera and Mic are enabled. Turned off all blocking and also tried in a private window, but get the same problem. For the actual visit, I got an alert that I'm blocking the camera (but I confirmed that it's not blocked).

I tried it in Firefox and it worked, though it recommended switching to Chrome to be able to use the Chrome device management, in case that matters.

Any thoughts on why this doesn't work?

Using Vivaldi 3.7.2218.52.
