Delete all passwords / password prompt {with Dashlane}

I assume that the bug that doesn't allow you to delete all passwords (Tools . . .) still exists, which is frustrating. But my more immediate problem is that even though I have Save Passwords unchecked, Vivaldi still prompts to select a password, presumably at sites where passwords are still saved. This is significant because it completely blocks my password prompt from my app, Dashlane. How do I stop Vivaldi from prompting to fill in passwords, often completely out of date?

Hi, disable "Save Passwords" in vivaldi://settings/privacy/
Does a feature "Delete all Passwords" even exists? I am not aware of.
You can move or delete the files Login Data and Login Data-Journal in your profile directory, path is shown in Help > About.
After start Vivaldi it create new empty files.
I would move them to a save place, may you need it later.

Unfortunately, I followed your suggestion precisely, and it didn't work -- which is consistent with the fact that when I tell Vivaldi to delete all passwords, nothing happens. Any other suggestions???

Hm, I had test it before I post, all my hundreds passwords was gone after move the files.
The password list in settings > privacy was empty.
Do you have sync passwords enabled?

No, I turned that off first. Are you using an earlier version of V

I always use the latest stable and snapshot version.
I do more tests at moment.

Ok, I test with Vivaldi 3.7.2218.52 (Stable channel) (64-Bit) on Windows 10 Pro 20H2.
If I delete the two files the password list shows "No Passwords Found".
I have no idea why it not work for you.

This problem is getting acute. It constantly covers over my Dashlane window with its own password window, offering obsolete and unwanted old V passwords. Is there any way I can 'escalate' this to Vivaldi? I don't want to switch browsers, but this is ridiculous
