@RadekPilich Thanks a lot for letting us know! That's helpful. I've been either hitting the context key or right-clicking in the panel and choosing Collapse All Folders. This is even easier.

@g_bartsch Right/Left cursor keys will expand/collapse single folders. There is no shortcut to expand all folders.

I guess it's obvious why there is no Expand All Folders ... LOL.
