Vivaldi started in the last month breaking every time a switch/disconnect from my VPN (Mullvlad), suddenly ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED errors occur. Chrome and the rest of windows can access the internet, but Vivaldi is unusable until I restart windows.
