Where is the welcome page supposed to be, I'm thinking the reason that I may not be seeing it is due to the fact that I have several different speed dials setup on my homepage.

@davy49: The welcome page is for new users, who install Vivaldi for very first time. I guess you updated Vivaldi to the latest snapshot and that's why you didn't get it.

The bug is still there
The color of the android navigation bar and status bar changes to white for about 1 sec e.g. when opening V-menu > Help and feedback.
I am using:
- Address Bar at Bottom
- Dark theme

For a third time within four updates, the update rendered vivaldi icons on the homescreen unaware of their parent app.
