Trouble with Outlook.com

Anyone else having trouble with Outlook.com?
Page refreshes every few seconds making it almost impossible to use.
Could it be M$?

Yes, I get redirected there to the MS login page then the mail atoutlook.live.com/mail/0/inbox.
It is the Inbox (Mailbox) that is the issue, refreshing every about every two seconds going back to the Inbox from mail I have opened.

@greybeard Not seeing that problem. Check the ad blocker (uBO is fine here). If that doesn't help, perhaps clear site cookies.

I disabled uBO and all is working fine now... tho I never had that issue previously.

@greybeard Have you over-filtered? I have the default ones + Fanboy's Annoyance.
