Is Incognito Mode anyhow tethered to Vivaldi's User Profile?

Somehow I cannot reach specific site on my default profile but I can do that on another one ("Person 2") in Vivaldi.
Now, in Incognito mode launched from default profile (ctrl+shift+n) results the same - page's load incorrectly. But opening it in Incognito from second profile - all works fine... Weird.

What should I do? Should I "Reset Remote Data" and start browser with clean/new profile and set all up again?
It's a lot to config in my case but if it's a scenario with the best results... I'll do it (a bit unwillingly though ๐Ÿ˜ถ ).

Thank you all in advance for your time, patience and help.
      Peace โœŒ

Have you allowed any extensions to be active in Incognito mode?

Thought it's only AdBlock and Lastpass but had "I don't care about cookies" extension, after disabling it, everything works fine...
      How I didn't thought of that - I feel ashamed ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Thank you for your help ๐Ÿ˜Š
