No Internet connection - Manjaro KDE

No internet connection when Vivaldi Browser is open in the same time with Firefox and/or with Signal Desktop Application. Using Manjaro Linux with ALL updates. Firefox and Signal-desktop works perfectly.

Yes I have (g)ufw, minimal configuration, under KDE. But before the upgrade, all worked very well. Today if I open Firefox along with the new Vivaldi version, there is no internet connection in Vivaldi. The same with the Signal-Desktop "app" (more a browser than an "appa": 100 [one hundred] MB): no internet in Vivaldi

In Konsole, I tried this:
vivaldi-stable https://vivaldi.com & [1] 3003 [vittorio-546@zante ~]$ [3035:3035:0208/174123.587585:ERROR:sandbox_linux.cc(374)] InitializeSandbox() called with multiple threads in process gpu-process. Now everything seems to work, but I have to shutdown my computer. Tomorrow morning I'll check everything another time... Thanks for the feedback

I updated all Manjaro system on sunday morning (sudo pacman -Syu), 223 packages, including Vivaldi-Stable Browser. (AND irefox AND Signal-Desktop) I checked everything today and it is all OK, Vivaldi Browser works perfectly WITH Firefox and Signal-Desktop open. Yesterday evening- as suggested by Gwen-Dragon- after I've opened Vivaldi Browser from Konsole the "odd" problem disappeared. This morning I used KDE normal shortuct, not the command line. I don't know the reason... Anyway, thank you very much for the feedback, have a nice day!
