Why do videos from dailymotion still doesn't work with vivaldi?

It's been years dailymotion videos doesn't work with vivaldi.
Why is this still a thing?

at the moment GSync is off, and same happens when it's on.
It also happens with my GTX 1060, RTX 2070 and with my RTX 3080. Since ages. Also after fresh windows installations.Also I did try the blacklist gpu flag with any of the cards.

There are some "old" videos or some coded different that works.

well... I have this for ages with 3 differend GPUs
Using always the latest satble vivaldi build, latest nvidia drivers (atm Hotfix Driver 461.51) and latest windows.
ATM Windows 10 V 19042.789Running a Ryzen 9 CPU

Same here. Glitched DM videos on 3.6.2165.32 @ windows 10 (my gpu is blacklisted, r7 370).
In past worked (3.3-3.4?) but my card wasn't blacklisted yet @Gwen-Dragon -
@Gwen-Dragon Can confirm that. Very awkard. Some resolutions are totally broken.

In my 3.6.2165.34 (Stable channel) (64-Bit) on Windows 10 I haven't any issues with any resolutions or dailymotion videos.
Hardware-acceleration is active. -
@Freeman79 Exactly the same behavior for video from dailymotion :
-glitches with 480p and Auto resolution
-correct video with 380p or 1080p
-weird picture in 720p :
w/ or wo/ HDWA, vivaldi last stable -
It seems the problem is back again in the latest stable version

@freeman79 You have in Settings → Webpages → disabled Use of Hardware Acceleration.
Then this happens on Vivaldi 4.1 Stable & 4.2 Snapshot.

@guigirl It works fine for me on macOS too (at least, your links work fine), so likely Windows specific.

@hlehyaric it's only related to HW acceleration disabled, because dailymotion videos work in both Win7 and Win10 for me, as long as I leave HWA enabled.

It's sad that the problems still continue even 2 years later!
I am using Windows 11 and Vivaldi 6.0.2979.22 (Stable channel).
My HA is disabled.Yet I get both wrapped frame mostly. The picture is OK rarely, but then it suffers from green band on top and color bleeding (only green color spills over).
The same frame in Edge:
I turned on HA and restarted Vivaldi. I still get the same issues.
