Does Vivaldi support 'Web Speech API'?

I am learning languages with Duolingo.com
There are also speaking excercices for which you need a microphone. But it doesn't work with Vivaldi, because it uses the 'Web Speech API'. But Chrome should do. (https://forum.duolingo.com/comment/24045199)
Is it possible to get these excersises to work with Vivaldi?
