WTF? Vivaldi Has No Touch Screen Support?
-
Why the hell doesn't vivaldi have touch screen support? In an age of touch screen, vivaldi is gay without this.
-
@Gwen-Dragon:
Tell us the faulty part of Vivaldi!
And please report this as a feature/wish/bug at vivaldi.com/bugreport – but without cursing and barking.
.If you could read correctly, I didn't curse at all.
@sajadi:
As this is a power user browser Vivaldi is more about customization features and less about shiny new age gadgets.
There are much higher priorities for the developers than making the browser 100% compatible with touch screen tablets.
If ivivaldi is about customization then it should therefore incorporate the latest tech including touch screen support.. duhhh!
Touch screen is high priority since more and more people are using touch on their laptops and tablets. Have you ever heard of tablets? Again, duhhh!

It's no use denying that you cursed. Your thread title proves it, and don't try to deny what it means. Even monks know the meaning of this acronym very well if they spend any time online.
Hell might not be a myth as it is found in all religions. :evil:
Whatever you believe, telling lies is not kool and cursing is unproductive if you want to get others on your side.
“The speaker of untruth goes to a woeful state, and also he who,
having done something, says, ‘I did not do it.’
Both after death become equal, men of base actions in the other world.” (Dhamnapada v 306)On this forum, threads and titles can be edited at any time (AFAIK), and a suitable icon can be selected for feature requests.

It’s no use being an ultra conservative religious freak to impose your religion on others. Its 2016 not 1716. Everyone knows the ‘f; word wasn’t shown. So be an adult about it and don’t be so sensitive. If you don’t like it put your finger over it.

If you prefer to get a heart attack over a non-life threatening term, then do so. If you want people to like you, you got to loosen up. Spending so much energy on this isn’t healthy also.
“The more sensitive the lunatic, the less able is he to resist this prying interest of the normal human being.”

Whatever one chooses to call your terminology (I believe the better term for it is obscene, rather than cursing), it has no place in technical forums such as this - abbreviated or not. There are many alternative adjectives and forms of expression conveying strong opinion that don't cross into the realm of offensive language… and obscenity remains offensive to many many people, regardless of how many other folks may employ it in slang-laced postings. The irony is that such terminology can only reflect negatively upon the person using the expressions, and that seems highly counterproductive to the purpose of posting a reasoned technical/user complaint about a browser issue.
In any case, as @Sajadi notes well, various features are still missing in Vivaldi as the developers labor to get a stable version to the point of a true 'release'. Other things will come in time, once that has been accomplished. As @RJules3 notes, that poster is using Vivaldi on their Win8.1 touchscreen system, yet you haven't explained where your complaint area specifically lies.

Gwen Dragon is a developer, and clearly not a Religious Conservative since he referred to hell as a Christian myth.
Still, he though it worth remarking that your language and tone was not skilful. Blackbird also agrees. So be an adult and correct your behaviour before you make a fool of yourself any further.

@Gwen-Dragon:
koolx did not send any bugreports as i suggested. He dont wnat to report problems and help, he wants to offend and attack.
Dont feed the bad behaviour of this troll.Relax, I'm new here. I’ll send a report when I WANT to not when YOU want to. So stop being a man-hating troll. Try going out your house for once.
She’s supposed to be a proud “welsh/celtic” but has poor grammar and spelling. LMAO. Use grammar and spellcheck next time.

Ok cool, I didn't know there were so many sensitive religious people on vivald. I'll watch my step next time in your holy religious forum.

Ok fine, devs are still working at it. No problem. As to your question, I'm referring to lack of pinch and zoom.
Btw, I got the beta version. I tried to install vivaldi 64 bit. But when I do the beta version is still installed. I even tried uninstalling the beta version and installing the 64 bit. But the beta version is still there. Any thoughts on this?

@Gwen-Dragon:
OK, lets try to help. You installed a Beta.
Which Beta? Which installation type (All Users, Single user, Standalone)? Which Windows?
May be i can investiogate which installer does not work for you.//EDIT: Update from 1.0.344.37 Beta 2 32bit to 64bit works with installer on Windows 10 x64.
I already found the 64 bit installer. Thanks for the help.
