"Happiness Tracking Surveys" flags?

So big brother Google, now u wanna monetize my happiness too? LOL

Seriously, are these options disabled by default? or Vivaldi allowing Google to spying on our happiness all these time by default (this is really creepy, ya)? What these "functions" really do & benefiting Vivaldi users? I have search the Internet but didn't found anything informative about it other than it's related to Google A.I. learning via mass surveillance of browser user's online attitude & behavior... & it begun around last mid August!

Anyone know anything about this? Please share your knowledge.

@dude99 I just hope it doesn't enable my webcam without advise to track the number of times I smile in front of my computer...

@Ornorm They don't care about your smile, they want to know about what & how u think. Ultimately they will "train" you to behave with various experiments... like training a lab rat on a treadmill! LOL
