No 'Add to Chrome' button on Chrome web store

Today I've noticed there's no 'Add to Chrome' button when I tried to add extension to Vivaldi. I've tried to disable all extensions but nothing changed. Anyone else noticed this or is it just me?

@Maksa Have you checked in Settings | Privacy | Privacy | Google Extensions if Web Store is ticked?
