Video freezes at 2-3 seconds in private messages on vk.com

This is a very old problem that I have been facing for at least a year. When they send me the form in private messages on the vk.com social network, I can only watch the first 2-3 seconds, then the video freezes, but the sound continues to work.

I passed the HTML5 video test - everything works. Videos on YouTube also work. Even in vk.com itself, the video works, but only if you search for it through a video search or find it in public or news. Only sent in private messages does not work.

Hi,

Have you tested on a New 's Profile?:

• " Right side" |

Rename it as Tests or something related, and use it as a Clean Profile, to test without custom configurations that can alter the original operation.

Since the result, check:

• Active Flags / Experiments
• Ad Blocker
• Clean Cache
• Site Data
• Extensions - Tip
