Solved Can't install extension from Chrome Web Store. No "Add to Chrome" button

Vivaldi: 3.5.2115.4 (64 bit)
Windows 10 OS Version 2009 (Build 19042.630)

Can't add new extensions from Chrome Web Store. There is no "Add to Chrome" button in Vivaldi. For example: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/notion-web-clipper/knheggckgoiihginacbkhaalnibhilkk?hl=en

I disabled all extensions, but it didn't help. When I open the same link in Chrome browser "Add to Chrome" button is shown.

But after I removed all extensions and restarted browser "Add to Chrome" button appeared!

You should test using e.g. Guest Profile

@sheknitrtch Might be useful to determine which extension caused the problem.
Depends how many you had.

May be you have a deactivated Web Store.

this was my issue, fixed as suggested

Settings → Privacy → Google Extensions : Check 'WEB STORE'
