Some pages don't show full URL

I'm not sure if this is Vivaldi related or even fixable via Vivaldi but I thought I'd ask here first.

Some webpages I visit don't show the full URL.
The option to show full URL affects them, you can see the code after the .com/ and so forth, but you don't see the http:// or https:// .

Is anyone having the same problem? Does anyone know what causes this?

Some examples:
https://www.photoshop.com/en
https://painttool-sai.en.softonic.com

These don't show the http/https for me. Part of security, right?

@Gamarleton As said above: Settings > Address Bar:

You need to open a new tab before it shows.

@Pathduck Not sure why just reloading the tab doesn't work but yes, opening a new tab does fix it. Weird though.
