Unable to play MP4 videos {with Google Drive}

Hi,
I use Google Drive and I recently noticed that I cannot play any mp4 videos using Vivaldi. They play fine if I use Chrome.
Is there anything I need to enable or disable in the settings?
I really don't want to go back to using Chrome, thank you.

Are you blocking third-party cookies in Vivaldi?
My experience is you need to allow cookies from [*.]googleusercontent.com to play videos in GDrive.

Click the Site Info (Padlock) icon in the address bar, then Cookies and Blocked. Are any cookies being blocked?
