Solved Saved bookmark with link which starts with "javascript:" automatically gets replaced with "about:blank#blocked"
-
I recently run into issue where I am unable to save "javascript:" prefixed links in bookmakrs.
I need those links in bookmarks as they are very useful in website that I am using.As far as I can remember, this used to work, but it was long time ago since I used it so I am not sure when it stopped working.
In addition to that, when link with "javascript:" prefix is pasted in address bar, it will automatically remove "javascript:" prefix.

@draxcp6 Have you checked if
Strip JavaScript from Pasted Text
is ticked inSettings/Address Bar/Security Features
. If so, untick it and see what happens. -
@hlehyaric Thank you, that solved both problems
Sorry for posting bug thread, I was not aware that this was feature. -
I have it checked but got around it by dragging a website to bookmark toolbar, then right click -> edit and then paste the javascript in there and it works.
