Odd Windows 10 taskbar issue

On Windows 10 I have the option set to combine and hide labels turned on in order to keep the taskbar uncluttered. Vivaldi however does not conform to this, it is hard to see in this screen shot but several icons have a white line under them, they have multiple windows open at this time, as you can see Vivaldi though instead of adding the line to its icon, it added another icon to the taskbar, it should not do this.

there are dozens of similar threads in the forum... please close vivaldi, unpin it, execute vivaldi.exe from your program path and pin it to the taskbar again -
