Taskbar in Fullscreen

As of very recently the Taskbar in Windows 10 has been staying on top of Vivaldi in both fullscreen mode through F11, and during any applications such as youtube that go into fullscreen video. My Vivaldi is currently up to date as of this post, i've tried restarting the pc and windows explorer itself as well as disabling taskbar locking and browser hardware acceleration to no effect, Internet Explorer will still hide the taskbar normally which leads me to believe it's something with Vivaldi or Chromium.

@jarlaxlex I can confirm this behavior and already opened a ticket for it (VB-73383).

Any luck with this? I use Actual Windows Manager and the taskbar stays up on non-primary monitors in full-screen videos.

@maverickman1313 I have seen it happen sometimes. Alt+Tab to active applications will usually fix it. An active application may be awaiting feedback for a dialog, for example. Maybe an installer is running but not completed.

Same problem! Had to downgrade to v 3.3.2022.47
Same thing in newer Opera versions. -
