I can't download files from Google Drive.

I have to open my Chrome just to download files from Google Drive and I think I am also unable to download files from other Google services as well. Is anyone else having this issue?

@whoh77 Just tested and, indeed, it doesn't work (I also tried with Content Blocker disabled).
I don't know why. -

I have a similar problem with Google Drive. For example, I want to download several photos that are in a folder. I download the first jpeg, click Save As, put it in the folder, and then it saves fine.
The real problem is downloading the next file. It shows the Save - Save As - Cancel dialogue box, I click Save As or Save, and nothing happens. Subsequent file after the first one don't download.
If I close Vivaldi and re-open it, then download the next photo, it saves fine. Then I have to close and re-open Vivaldi to get the third photo...
Obviously not ideal.
If someone could let me know how to solve this or if it is a bug, that would be great! -
