Browser windows focus gets in a limbo

Here's what I did and how I was able to reproduce the bug: 1. Have one normal Vivaldi window open 2. Open new window (CTRL+N) 3. Right when the new window pops open, ALT+TAB into the previous window 4. ALT+TAB back to the new window instantly when the previous window is focused About Vivaldi:
Vivaldi 1.0.334.3 (Beta) (64-bit) Revision 9ae925ff17ca36e328d999851001d0b9dae32e33 OS Windows Blink 537.36 (@0) JavaScript V8 4.7.80.17 Flash 19.0.0.245
OS: Windows 10 Professional 64bit build 10.0.10240.16384 Here's the original video I recorded when I came up with the bug (sorry, it's recorded with camera phone) https://youtu.be/0djp1sxDgoU Edit: Here's when I reproduce the bug: https://youtu.be/oYEXQ6qvODc Edit: It seems that this bug works only if you switch the focus of the window back and forth before the address bar cursor becomes active (in the new window)? This needs to be done quite quickly in order to reproduce this. Haven't tried on OS X this yet, but I will as soon as I reboot. Another way to reproduce is: 1. Have 2 Vivaldi windows open (at least 1 tab in both windows) 2. Close current tab (CTRL+W) 3. ALT+TAB to the other window 4. ALT+TAB instantly back to previous window
