Quickly Cycle Between Windows
-
Is there any way to create a keyboard shortcut to quickly cycle between open Vivaldi windows? Seems like an unlikely omission for the most powerful browser on the planet, but for the life of me I can't find any way to do it other than hovering my mouse over the Vivaldi icon in the task bar.
Also I have the horizontal windows menu (file edit etc.) turned on in Vivaldi and i strange that the Window heading switches between tabs, as opposed to the MS Windows standard of switching between Windows of the same app. Any way to change that?
Thank You

@DogTheBootyHunter The Windows shortcut Alt+Tab will do this.

Thanks but I am asking specifically about Vivaldi windows. I'm aware of alt/tab but I usually have 10+ windows open, whereas with Vivaldi I usually only have 2 open, so I was hoping for a way to instantly switch between those.

I'm not aware if other browsers can actually switch to other windows of the same browser with an hotkey, can you tell us how it's done for example in Firefox? Or is yours an actual request for a new non-existant feature?

You can always use virtual desktop(s) to place different V windows and move between them.
W key+ctrl+d to create one. W key+ctrl+arow keys to move around. -

Good question. I was just going by how other windows software usually works with regard to the Windows menu. I don't know about FF.
Anyhow, I decided to just change the windows taskbar to show separate icons for each window and that allows me to instantly jump to the vivald window I want to get to. I know it's not a big deal to hover over the taskbar icon and select one, but I like instant when possible :-).
