If you use uBlock Origin, you can subscribe to uBlock filter "Badware risks" and also to the adblock item "Malware domains". I have not been exposed to malware since setting up those subscriptions.

• https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_badware/?hl=en
• https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/?hl=en

But as others above have suggested, in Vivaldi enable the tracker blocker and 'Google Phishing and Malware Protection' in Settings > Privacy or use a trusted third-party service.

I still have the Malware domains list. Whether it is still being updated, I have no idea, but it is still there. I can read it by clicking the eye symbol next to that item.
