Vivaldi://newtab is not the real new tab on startup

Hello, Vivaldi community.
I've installed the Infinity new tab extension, and set the browser to start up with a new tab (vivaldi://newtab) :

But when I do start it up it gives me the google-chrome default start page (until I press the home button on the address bar), and the Speed Dial when I set it to start up with the "Homepage" (until I press the home button on the address bar), but it never gives me my extension new tab.
And before you ask, yes I did enable new tab controlled by extension.
This happens with any new tab extension.
Could anyone help? Thanks.

Hello,for the solution you have to probably replace vivaldi://newtab with chrome://newtab in the Homepage setting.
It works for me.
