Taskbar Opening New Window.

Hello all.
Was wondering if anyone could solve something for me. Did a new installation of Windows last night and noticed an issue happening with Vivaldi on the new install. When I have it pinned to the Windows Taskbar and click to open it up, it appears to open up in a new window putting another Vivaldi box on the taskbar, instead of opening up with the original link like Chrome and Edge etc do.
You can see in the image below what I mean. How can I stop that from happening?

After you have opened Vivaldi:
- Right-click the taskbar icon and unpin it.
- Right-click the open vivaldi window in the task bar and pin it.
