Images not showing in preview divs on Reddit, 4chan and Google Image Search

Running 3.1.1929.40 (Stable channel) (64-bit) on Windows 10. This version and a few older ones are giving me this issue. Images are not showing in:
- Reddit Enhancement Suite, when you click show images none are shown
- 4chan X , same problem, when you click on one image it doesn't show up
- Google Image Search likewise, when you click on a image the preview window loads but the image isn't shown
I specifically choose the word 'show' because according to the inspector the browser does load them.

@Gwen-Dragon Ah yes, a VPN with a strict blocker I once had activated to watch a foreign show. I was initially confused this stuff happened to extensions and to Google Images.
