Apple Music Dark Mode

On Firefox Apple Music will detect that my OS is in dark mode and give me the dark mode UI (although as far as I know there's no "dark mode" setting for Manjaro Linux, I just have a dark theme set). In vivaldi it gives me the light theme.
How can I get Apple Music to give me the same dark mode UI in Vivaldi that I get in Firefox? I tried turning on the Vivaldi experimental dark mode feature, but it does not look good. Surely there must be some way to trick Apple Music in to thinking I've got dark mode on for my OS like it is in Firefox.
