Animated GIF not displaying

Head on over to vidiot.com
On the bottom left, there is an animated GIF. Opera displays it just fine, but Vivaldi does not. GIFs are displayed because there is a non-animated GIF on the bottom right side.
I suspect that there might be a timeout issue. At the moment, Opera didn't seem to be timing out. But, even if this is a timeout issue, reloading the page should reset the timeout and let the image start displaying. But, it doesn't.
Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug-a-boo?

Yep, that is the image. It is set to loop animations. I just checked it again and now it is working and I've made no changes to the page. I'll have to keep an eye on it.

Finally figured it out. The GIF had a loop count of 21. The Vivaldi setting does not override that value.
An enhancement is needed. There needs to be a checkbox that says: Use animation loop value, if there is one.
If unchecked, or no loop value, then the other selection is used.
As it stand right now, the user thinks (I did anyway) that the Vilvaldi option takes priority. It doesn't. That selection needs to be made more clear to the user.
