@Jobayerul Welcome to the Vivaldi Community!
Have you tried to allow the camera? Padlock icon > set Camera and Microphone to "Allow". Or just click the icon in the address bar.

@Jobayerul It should be enabled by default but, if it doesn't respond to the normal controls, ask again here and I will have you try a couple of things. A user recently accidentally blocked theirs and could not figure out how to re-enable it, and myself, a couple of other testers, and a Vivaldi admin noodled around until each of us was able to get it unblocked after blocking it. For two of us it was straightforward - just worked. For the other two, it was a bit fraught. Whether it's easy may depend on your hardware.

@Ayespy Please watch my screen record regarding my problem. I hope you will able to understand my problem as well as give the solution after watching the screen record.

@Jobayerul In the top left corner of the Meet window is a padlock:
Click on this padlock and check that the Camera option is set to "Allow" on the page that opens.
(If you can't see Camera in the pop-up that appears when you click the padlock, click Site Settings) -

Thank you; this helped my wife on her Mac laptop.
Most Settings were set to ask but no notifications popped up to ask.
