Entire browser is black after computer upgrade

Hi all,

I've been a huge Vivaldi user for the past year or so, so I was quite alarmed when after upgrading my PC's motherboard, CPU, and RAM Vivaldi became a black screen. I have various seen older posts about this black screen problem but no real fixes...

Would appreciate any help as this is my favorite browser and I have many saved settings and bookmarks!!! Don't want to lose Vivaldi!!!

My new specs:
Windows 10 64bit
Vivaldi V 2.11
MSI MPG X570 Gaming Wifi motherboard
Ryzen 5 3600 CPU
EVGA Geforce 1060 Graphics card

@Gwen-Dragon Your suggestion to disable the GPU and untick hardware acceleration worked! Thanks a bunch!

Got the same with last install.
Fixed it with a cleaner...
