"Country Flags & IP Whois" menu does not appear correctly!

Hi guys, how are you doing?

I noticed an issue using "Country Flags & IP Whois" extension in Vivaldi. The drop-down menu does not appear properly! I tested on other browsers, Brave, FF, GChrome etj. It seems the issue happens only in Vivaldi!

I also mentioned a problem similar with an another extension. I believe it's a problem with vivaldi toolbar (size maybe?) someone who has more knowledge than me can tell us more.

I think this may be a similar problem. The following extensions have an "Enable plugin on this domain" and none of them work in vivaldi:

• Refined GitHub
• Better Pull Request for Github
• Mighty GitHub PRs
• Wide Gitbub
• GitHub Dark Theme

I would love to see this get fixed. I've really enjoyed Vivaldi but still keep another browser around for these plugins. Thanks.
