XML file empty

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

This functionality worked fine until the recent update I did to the browser. Trying to figure out whether it's the update or an issue with the comments functionality causing this.?

Can you give an example link? I cannot tell it happens/doesn't happen to me until I test it on a link you're sure shouldn't work.
