Do extensions "Speed-Up Browsing" and "FasterChrome" work with Vivaldi?

I have a couple of extensions that appear to be installed and ON in vivaldi://extensions but they aren't showing as Icons in the toolbar with the other installed ones. Are they still working in the background? They show up fine in the Toolbar in Chrome. The extensions are "Speed-Up Browsing" and "FasterChrome".

@zeke33 You have to ask to the extension's authors if they support other browsers other than chrome.
