Telegram in webpanel not working?

Can someone using telegram on web check if it is working in the webpanel on the last snapshot on windows.

Worked ok in the panel until two days (or maybe the last snapshot)

I'm having "This site can’t be reached" error message in the panel. Works fine on regular tab.

Just tried web-telegram-org. Signed in and then added to webpanel. Seems working for now.

I've logged out on all devices, cleared cookies and cache, restart, logged in again.
So far works ok.

For some reason, I never get notifications about new messages when using Telegram in a webpanel. Can anybody confirm if that is the case for them too? I looked into settings and I have notifications allowed, I get them on my phone.

I kind of have that too. Until I open telegram's panel the first time, I never get any notifications. Once the panel has been opened, though, it seems to work just fine, even if that particular panel is not visible.

Using both is impossible. It says "multiple tabs detected" or something like that and refuses to display in another one.
Edit: it takes some time for Telegram to notice this.

As for opening the panel, maybe that helps, but just now I got a notification without opening the panel. Just the notification is quite invisible, just a a white number in blue circle. And when I read the messages, it does not go away, does that happen to anybody too?

Edit: I filled a bug, VB-81516 and I am adding a screenshot how it looks like. I think that notifications in Telegram are quite erratic. Whatsapp and Messenger are way more reliable.
