Chrome extension store link unavailable (Error 504)

It is unable to open the website of Chrome extension store on this site now: https://vvld.in/chrome-web-store. I open it from the Extension window.
The browser says 'Error 504'.
I can download extensions only from the internet. This Vivaldi shortcut is unavailable.
What is it about?

which probably is down (cloudflare hosting must have an hiccup).

Anayway, i use dark theme and this white shining page (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions?hl=en-GB) disturbs me. Will it be possible to change it on dark? Or it is not just possible?
