Unable to play some mp4 {AV1 codec}

The media are encoded with Aomedia's codec AV1. Is there a way to make it work in Vivaldi? Firefox and Chrome play these videos fine. Do I have to install some codecs?

@Gwen-Dragon Vivaldi have AV1 support.
For some reason Aomedia codec don't work.

@Gwen-Dragon So maybe is broken on Win10 only.
Need confirm from mac and win7/8.x users.

Broken on my win10 17763 (1809 - Conservative version) and on Win10 14393 (1607). Guess is the same on 1909 (Current version).
About that, @tw9, you should update windows as such version is out of support unless you are on LTSC.
