Updated to most recent version Google Maps 3D view no longer available

I get an error message sending me to this link: https://support.google.com/maps/answer/3096703
Vivaldi is a Chromium browser I believe, so it should be compatible with Maps 3D, and it was prior to updating to the latest version (2.11.1811.38). Anyone know what is causing this issue?
I use Google Maps 3D a lot for work/productivity, so I hope to find a solution to this issue soon.

@WislaHD Are you using the 3D button in satellite view? It should work, at least it does here.
Google Earth doesn't work in Vivaldi but regular 3D mode in maps should work fine.
-
Yes, I am referring to satellite view.
Here is an image displaying how it looks like on Vivaldi post-update:
Strangely, Vivaldi allows 3D view when I open Google Maps in a private window.

@WislaHD That's really weird. This is how it should look:
You'll have to perform the usual process of elimination I guess:
-
Check Settings > Webpages > Use hardware acceleration, make sure it's enabled.
-
Check https://get.webgl.org/ to see if WebGL works.
-
Try the same in Guest View
https://help.vivaldi.com/article/guest-view/ -
Disable all Extensions (Ctrl+Shift+Esc)
-
Clear all web content (cookies, storage, cache, application storage).
To clear cookies just from google go to Settings > Privacy > Cookies and filter just on the domain.

@WislaHD Working just fine here.
Specs: AMD A10-6800K, 8 Gb (WinSPRLevel = 5.9) on Win 10 64-bit 1909 build 18363.657 • Snapshot 2.11.1811.28 (64-bit)

Okay so I figured it out thanks to Pesala's link.
For whatever reason google maps with the .ca domain doesn't allow 3D anymore, perhaps that was a decision on Google's end. I switched the domain to .com and the 3D works as normal.
Though the .ca domain still has 3D when I open a private window on Vivaldi. Perhaps it is a cookies or caching issue? (I can't find the specific cookie for Google Maps when I filter, and I don't feel like clearing everything google related on my browser... For now using the .com domain works for me.)
-
@WislaHD Good it seems to work on .com at least. But just FYI 3D works for me on .ca and .no (my country) domains.
So I'd still say a cache/cookies/storage/extensions issue.
