PIP button isn't truly independent of the video area causing issues

The PIP button isn't truly independent of the video area. What do I mean? On some video sites like Pornhub as a good example then you'll get the button but all you can do is pause and stop the video. Why? The button isn't independent of the video screen so Vivaldi never registers a hit only the streaming website. If this cannot be fixed then we will need some kind of key shortcut. Opera's PIP has always worked perfectly with all websites so I don't see why Vivaldi cannot.
