Twitter videos loop
-
This is a relatively new development. Videos on social media such as Twitter are looping. On some sites I can right-click the video and turn it off; I'm not sure that is persistent, though. But on Twitter, there is not control available regarding looping, that I can see.
Is there any way to turn this off persistently? Even a global setting?
Thanks.

Thanks. I already have Play Image Animation set to Once. I think this is something different.

Websites and Google love autoplay.
I use this extension to stop autoplay and looping.
You will need to click on the video to play when the autoplay blocker is enabled for a website.

- version of your Vivaldi
- URL of such tweet
Thank you. Here you go:
Vivaldi 2.10.1745.27 (Stable channel) (64-bit)
Revision 0cff17186b317ac1935c017269c5e1e8c4620320
OS Linux
JavaScript V8 7.9.317.33
Flash 32.0.0.314 /usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin/libpepflashplayer.soHere's one example. It seems to happen only on shorter videos, say, under one minute in length.

I use this extension to stop autoplay and looping.Thank you. I tried a few autoplay blockers and ended up uninstalling them for their ineffectiveness. Maybe I should try again with this looping problem in view.
