Website takes too long to respond

I have been using the browser since a few days.
My biggest problem is the website takes a long time to respond and I almost think of moving to a different browser.
After multiple refreshes, it finally tries to load the page, which it should be doing the first time itself. So something is definitely not working with the cookies or is there something I am missing here?

Delete your cookies, local storage, and storage folder in your Vivaldi home folder. I do this at all times; I log off and clean my browser!
