stackblitz.com doesn't work

stackblitz.com does not work for me. Accessing an example sketch redirects me to a relay page. Example:
https://ng-bootstrap.github.io/stackblitzes/tabset/orientation/stackblitz.html

I have already found this post:

But I have not disabled third-party cookies (The settings are the same in Google Chrome, where it works).

Is this related to Vivaldi or stackblitz?

I have the same problem, there is an issue on stackblitz github

But we can't even figure out whos problem is that Vivaldi or Stackblitz

Bug still occuring for me on internal 5.1.254* Daily, 5.0 Stable and 5.1 Snapshot.
I updated Vivaldi bug tracker and added Stackblitz bug tracker link.

Same on Vivaldi 5.3 Mac. Tracking globally disabled. As I mentioned in the issue on Stackblitz's Github, this is even worse when you visit a non-Stackblitz webpage (example) which has a Stackblitz iframe integrated - you get redirected from that website after a couple of seconds to a blank page.

Apparently Vivaldi tries to block an important JS resource from loading even if tracking/ads blocking is disabled

Strangely everything works fine in an incognito window - even though i'd expect incognito to have harsher restrictions by default.
