Cannot get out of full screen with crashed tab
-
Hello. I just discovered an issue where when I had a full-screen browser open, and the tab crashes, there's no way to reload the page or get out of full screen!
Tried F11, ESC, F5, CTRL+Tab, CTRL+Shift+Tab and Right Clicking with no luck.
Vivaldi itself isn't frozen. I'm using two other windows without issue...in fact I'm using one now to write this with the other window still stuck at full screen.
...I just found if I press the Windows Key to bring up the task bar, then right-click it's place in the task bar, and select, "New Tab", I can then get out of full screen!
(Shift-Right clicking it in the task bar gave the option to Minimize but not "Restore".)
Thanks for all your wonderful work on Opera over the years and now on Vivaldi!
Merry Christmas!
~Andrew

@PumpkinSeed Yes this happens from time to time, the Vivaldi UI crashes. It would help if you are able to find a way reproduce the issue and report it:
https://vivaldi.com/bugreport/Alt+F4 should be able to close the window. Or whatever hotkey you have mapped to Close Window in settings. Ctrl+T might also give you a new fresh tab, not sure. Or Ctrl+N to open a New Window.

@Gwen-Dragon
Yes, I forgot to write that I tried those too (CTRL+T, CTRL+N, ALT+F4), with no luck.
I don't think it's the UI crashed. It's just the tab.
Running version 2.8.1664.40.

Can reproduce the issue by these steps:
- Fist have a tab that crashed
- Switch to another tab
- Enter Full screen
- Switch to the crashed tab (Ctrl+tab)
Now you're stuck again

Thank you, Gwen-Dragon! -
@PumpkinSeed Try Shift+Escape to end the crashed tab process.
