Hi! Vivaldi looks good, it rises hopes of successor to Opera 12.17! I tried to install some Chrome extensions, especially [url=https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/proxy-switchyomega/padekgcemlokbadohgkifijomclgjgif]SwitchyOmega[/url]. Everything looks fine, but it does not work. [url=https://github.com/FelisCatus/SwitchyOmega/issues/381]Here they write[/url] it's problem of Vivaldi. What to do to make extension working?

What version number of Vivalid are you using?

Judging from that thread on SwitchyOmega's support, I'd say you'll just have to wait until the Vivaldi devs support it - which is exactly what that thread says.
In the mean time, you can use Vivaldi through a proxy by launching it with this command:
--proxy-server=your-proxy-address-goes-here -

At the very least, you want to go to https://vivaldi.net/en-US/blogs/teamblog and download the latest snapshot (1.0.264.3). It may not fix the proxy issue, but it's much easier for those of us keeping current with the snapshots to give meaningful help when the user is on the same stream we are, especially now that so much progress has been made since 1.0.219, and the browser is so different.

I'm sure you may count on it. This is a gestational browser. Not even a child yet. The keynote of its purpose is options, conformability, attractiveness to advanced users. Proxy seems a necessary element to its desired flexibility.

It sounds good! One of main features would be "quick startup"… Starting "new Opera" on older computer is horrible...
